New 4 ’14

“New 4 ’14” is a revolutionary workout program that provides a healthy start to 2014 with a sensitivity to the current situation we’re all having to deal with.

Built on the premise that everyone has the ability to practice a specific training modality on their own, I have devised a workout program that is safe, effective, easy to learn and beneficial to men and women of all ages!

Here’s a sample of the exercises included in the “New 4 ’14” program:

This specific program requires just 10 initial workout sessions (2 sessions once weekly) over the course of 5 weeks in the studio. Pictures are taken and a workout diary is constructed for the client to keep.

After that, you can workout in the comfort of your own home with just a Swiss Ball and some dumbbells!
